I’m sure these recipes are all delicious but find myself uninterested in trying even one. Having looked at the recipes and the photos throughout the cookbook, I am excited about trying many of these recipes. Once a cook discovers their first Yotam Ottolenghi book, article, tv interview, their cooking changes. In my opinion, this is not a usable book. The book is broken down into thirds.
